On March 21, 2025, the board of directors of Verint Systems Inc. ("Verint") set June 19, 2025 as the date for the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Verint (the "Annual Meeting") and also set April 30, 2025 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
