On March 22, 2022, the board of directors of Verint Systems Inc. ("Verint") set June 23, 2022 as the date for the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Verint (the "Annual Meeting") and also set May 2, 2022 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
