Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective as of October 13, 2023, Stephanie Dieckmann, Chief Financial Officer of Tattooed Chef, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), separated from such position effective immediately. Ms. Dieckmann’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or procedures.
