Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 21, 2023, Giuseppe Bardari, Chief Operating Officer of Tattooed Chef, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and the President of Ittella Italy s.r.l. (“Ittella Italy”), the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, resigned from the Chief Operating Officer position effective immediately. Mr. Bardari will continue to serve as the President of Ittella Italy.
