Certain information required in the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2023 (the “Quarterly Report”) necessary for an accurate and complete report could not be provided within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company will file its Form 10-Q no later than five calendar days following the prescribed due date.
