Goal Acquisitions Corp. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because additional time is required to finalize its financial statements to be filed as part of the Form 10-Q.
