Goal Acquisitions Corp. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2024 within the prescribed time period because additional time is required to finalize its financial statements to be filed as part of the Form 10-Q.
