ENSERVCO CORPORATION (the “Registrant”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2024 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the November 14, 2024 filing due date due to internal and external staffing issues.
