Baudax Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2023 (the “10-Q”) by the prescribed due date due to ongoing analysis of the accounting treatment of current and past financing transactions by the company. In addition, our independent registered public accounting firm, KPMG LLP, needs to complete its quarterly review procedures after the Company completes the aforementioned tasks.
