Vaccinex, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense due to delays it has experienced in completing its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Company expects to file the Form 10-K as soon as possible, but no later than the fifteenth calendar day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25.
