Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On May 15, 2024, CSLM Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) deposited $70,000 into the Company’s trust account in order to further extend the amount of time it has available to complete a business combination to June 18, 2024. The Company can extend the time available to complete a business combination on a month-to-month basis, by depositing $70,000 for each one-month extension, until October 18, 2024.
