Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On November 14, 2024, CSLM Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) deposited $30,000 into the Company’s trust account in order to further extend the amount of time it has available to complete a business combination to December 18, 2024. The Company can extend the time available to complete a business combination on a month-to-month basis, by depositing $30,000 for each one-month extension, until July 18, 2025.
