Explanation of Responses:

1. The option award was made in accordance with the terms of the Issuer's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. Subject to continued employment, the option vests as to 25% of the shares on March 30, 2022 with the remaining shares to vest in equal monthly installments over a period of 36 months commencing on April 30, 2022.
