Explanation of Responses:

1. Pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of August 21, 2020, as amended, by and among Cancer Genetics, Inc. now known as Vyant Bio, Inc. ("Issuer"), CGI Acquisition, Inc., a Minnesota corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Issuer ("Merger Sub") and StemoniX, Inc., a Minnesota corporation ("StemoniX") (the "Merger Agreement"), Reporting Person received options to purchase shares of Common Stock of the Issuer in exchange for options to purchase shares of StemoniX common stock, $0.0001 owned prior to the merger. These options are fully vested.
