Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 19, 2022, the reporting person field a Form 4 reporting a purchase of 43,300 shares of Class A Common Stock with a sale of 14,370 shares. The amount of securities beneficially owned after the transaction was mistakenly reported as 61,070 shares. The reporting person owned only 28,930 shares of Class A Common Stock.
