Explanation of Responses:

1. The option became exercisable for 25% of the shares on February 22, 2020 and for 1/48th of the shares at the end of each one-month period thereafter, becoming fully exercisable February 1, 2023.

2. The option became exercisable for 25% of the shares on March 31, 2022 and for 1/48th of the shares at the end of each one-month period thereafter, becoming fully exercisable April 1, 2024.

3. The restricted stock units vest in three annual installments beginning May 2, 2022. All restricted stock units that are not vested and nonforfeitable will be forfeited to the company upon termination of employment or service.

4. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock.
