Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents the number of shares of the Issuer's common stock ("Common Stock") underlying restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock upon settlement. 1/2 of the RSUs vested and settled into Common Stock on March 15, 2023, and 1/2 of the RSUs vested and settled into Common Stock on June 15, 2023.

2. Represents the number of shares of the Issuer's Common Stock underlying RSUs. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock upon settlement. 25% of the RSUs vested and settled into Common Stock on September 21, 2023, and 25% of the RSUs vest and settle into Common Stock in equal quarterly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service (as defined in the Issuer's 2022 Equity Incentive Plan) through each such date.

3. Longview Capital Holdings LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Longview"), is the sole member of Longview Capital SVH LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Longview SVH"), which exercises ultimate voting and investment power with respect to the shares held by Longview SVH. Longview SVH is the holder of all the securities of the Issuer beneficially held by the Reporting Person, other than the option to acquire 287,157 shares of Common Stock, 297,157 shares of Common Stock deemed beneficially owned by the Reporting Person, and the 16,582 shares of Common Stock underlying RSUs reported herein. The Reporting Person is the sole equity holder of Longview and exercises voting and investment power with respect to Longview.

4. The Reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these securities in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported securities for purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose.
