In addition, it offers rugged handheld clamshell devices (UR7, UR5) to complement commercial vehicle devices for international markets and support popular push-to-talk apps. Further, the company provides cellular booster solutions, such as Uniden U60C 4G and U65C 4G cellular boosters to provide the users with a boosted cellular signal in their trouble zone; Uniden Link 4G cradle style cellular booster used for single use case; Uniden UM50 4G cellular booster works well in cars, vans, first responders, and any situation on the go where one need to expand coverage zone; and UM2M 4G cellular booster for machine-to-machine applications, such as in vending and ATM machines. Additionally, it offers Uniden cellular signal boosters and accessories for homes, buildings, manufacturing facilities, and vehicles with poor cell coverage. The company serves cellular network operators and their dealers, as well as commercial vehicle technology distributors for fleets in Israel, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States. Siyata Mobile Inc. was incorporated in 1986 and is headquartered in Montreal, Canada.

It also operates cable networks; video on demand streaming platform under the HBO Max and HBO GO names; multichannel pay television services under the HBO and Cinemax; and digital media properties, as well as licenses its content to television networks and over-the-top services. The Latin America segment offers video entertainment and audio programming services under the DIRECTV and SKY brands primarily to residential customers; pay-TV services, including HD sports video content; and postpaid and prepaid wireless services under the AT&T and Unefon brands, as well as sells various handsets through company-owned stores, agents, and third-party retail stores. The company was formerly known as SBC Communications Inc. and changed its name to AT&T Inc. in November 2005. AT&T Inc. was incorporated in 1983 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
