On October 9, 2025, Core AI Holdings, Inc., a British Columbia (Canada) company (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing a major upgrade to VoicePix, its flagship AI-powered music and voice generation platform. The update introduces new features including AI Voice Cloning & Synthesis, Text-to-Music & Lyric Generation, Custom Voice Avatars and Enhanced Sharing Tools.
