Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 16, 2025, Anna Lucsok transitioned from serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Zynex. Inc. (the “Company”) to serving as the Company’s Chief Commercial Officer. In connection with her title change, Ms. Lucsok will continue to serve as an executive officer of the Company, but her responsibility for overseeing manufacturing, information technology and regulatory matters was re-allocated within the Company.
