Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers.

Departure of Chairman of the Board of Directors

On February 17, 2026, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Yunhong Green CTI Ltd. (the “Company”), accepted the resignation of Mr. Yubao Li as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately. The Board has elected Gerald D. Roberts Jr. as interim Chairman. Mr. Roberts has agreed to serve until a permanent Chairman is selected.
