Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On January 10, 2025, Mr. Sabir Sami, Chief Executive Officer of the KFC Division (“KFC”) of Yum! Brands, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company that he plans to resign as Chief Executive Officer of KFC on March 1, 2025. Following his resignation as the CEO of KFC, Mr. Sami will continue to provide advisory services to the Company through March 1, 2026. Scott Mezvinsky, currently the President of Taco Bell North America and International of the Taco Bell Division of the Company will become Chief Executive Officer of KFC on March 1, 2025.
