On March 26, 2026, Xos, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial position as of December 31, 2025, results of operations for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025 and other related information. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
