(b) Effective January 10, 2025, Christen T. Romero resigned as General Counsel and Secretary of Xos, Inc. Following Mr. Romero's resignation, the company's Senior Corporate Counsel has been leading the company's legal department. The company has not yet completed negotiating terms of separation with Mr. Romero.
