As previously reported in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Xcel Energy Inc. (“Xcel Energy”) on December 20, 2021, Jeff Savage ceased serving as Xcel Energy’s Senior Vice President, Controller and principal accounting officer as of March 1, 2022. Effective March 1, 2022, Brian Van Abel, Xcel Energy’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, will serve in the additional role of principal accounting officer.
