(NYSE:WTI) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has approved and declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock for the first quarter of 2026 which is payable on March 26, 2026 to stockholders of record on March 19, 2026. Future declarations of quarterly dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
