On June 21, 2023, World Kinect Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to its proposed offering of Convertible Senior Notes due 2028 (the “Notes”) to qualified institutional buyers in a transaction exempt from registration under and pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 8.01.
