Item 5.07			Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

World Acceptance Corporation (the "Company") held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") on August 16, 2023. Of the 6,240,497 shares outstanding and entitled to vote, 5,736,465 shares were represented at the Annual Meeting, which constituted a quorum. At the Annual Meeting the Company's shareholders voted on the matters disclosed in the Company's definitive Proxy Statement of Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 17, 2023 (the "Proxy Statement"). The final results of voting for each matter submitted to a vote of shareholders at the Annual Meeting are as follows:

Proposal 1 — Election of Directors

Elected the following seven individuals to serve as members of the Company's Board of Directors for a term of one year expiring at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in 2024, or until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified:

As a result of the vote on Proposal 3, the Company intends to include a non-binding advisory shareholder vote to approve the compensation paid to its named executive officers every year until the next required vote on the frequency of shareholder votes on the compensation of named executive officers.
