Includes (i) 579 restricted stock units scheduled to vest on March 16, 2024, (ii) 25,000 restricted stock units scheduled to vest on September 23, 2024, (iii) 13,286 restricted stock units scheduled to vest in two substantially equal installments on March 15, 2024 and March 15, 2025 and (iv) 35,714 restricted stock units scheduled to vest in three substantially equal installments on April 10, 2024, April 10, 2025 and April 10, 2026, in each case, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment with the Issuer. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.
