On March 11, 2026, James Peters, Executive Vice President, announced his decision to resign from his position with Whirlpool Corporation ("the Company"), effective March 30, 2026. As previously reported, Mr. Peters stepped down from his position as Chief Financial Officer and President, Whirlpool Asia effective December 31, 2025, as part of the Company's ongoing talent planning process.
