Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On June 7, 2024, Patrick M. Kivits, President, Corrugated Packing, and a named executive officer of WestRock Company (the “Company”), informed the Company that he is resigning to pursue other career opportunities, and his last day with the Company will be June 21, 2024. Mr. Kivits’ departure is not based on any disagreement with the Company’s independent auditors or the Company on any matter.
