On April 17, 2024 FireFly Neuroscience, Inc. (“Firefly”) issued a press release entitled “FireFly Neuroscience Announces Healthcare Science and AI Industry Leader David DeCaprio to Join Board of Directors”. This press release pertains to an addition to the anticipated board of directors of FireFly following the prospective merger between FireFly and WaveDancer, Inc. (the “Company”) as more fully described in the prospectus and proxy statement relating to such merger, which merger has been approved by the respective stockholders of the Company and FireFly.
