1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $22.48 to $22.52, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Olin Corporation, any security holder of Olin Corporation, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in footnote 1 to this Form 4.

2. The figure represents shares of Olin Common Stock held under the Olin Corporation Retirement Savings Plan (RSP), a tax conditioned plan reflecting transactions exempt under Rule 16b-3, as reported by the RSP Plan Administrator as of February 3, 2026.

3. The option vested in three equal annual installments on February 12, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
