Explanation of Responses:

1. On December 20, 2025, the Company awarded 217 restricted share units under the Company's stock plan. The restricted share units vest in three equal annual installments beginning on December 20, 2026.

2. On December 20, 2025, the Company awarded 448 stock options under the Company's stock plan. The options vest in four equal annual installments beginning on December 20, 2026. The vested portions of such options will become exercisable upon vesting.
