On December 1, 2022, Voya Financial, Inc. (the “Registrant”) announced that Charles P. Nelson, the Registrant's Vice Chairman and Chief Growth Officer, and a named executive officer of the Registrant, will transition to a new role as Vice Chairman and strategic advisor to Heather Lavallee, President and CEO-Elect, before departing the Registrant in the second quarter of 2023.
