Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 8, 2022, Lynn Ross, the VP, Chief Accounting Officer (Principal Accounting Officer) of Vontier Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that she will leave the Company, effective February 28, 2022, to pursue another employment opportunity. Ms. Ross’ resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company relating to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company. Effective February 28, 2022, Paul V. Shimp, who is currently the Company’s VP, Internal Audit, will transition to become the Company’s VP, Chief Accounting Officer (Principal Accounting Officer).
