Item 5.02.						Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers

On July 6, 2023, Vista Outdoor Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Brad Crandell, Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company, will take a temporary medical leave of absence effective immediately. Christine Roth, the Company's Vice President, Employee Relations, will assume the additional responsibilities of Mr. Crandell in his absence.
