As previously disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K dated February 9, 2022, Mark Kornfilt, President and Chief Product Officer of Vimeo, Inc. (the “Company”), has served as the Company’s interim Chief Executive Officer during the term of Anjali Sud’s parental leave. Effective as of June 6, 2022, Ms. Sud has returned to the position of Chief Executive Officer, with Mr. Kornfilt continuing in the position of President and Chief Product Officer.
