Departure of Director

On July 1, 2023, Susan Schnabel advised the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of ViewRay, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation from the Board, effective immediately. Ms. Schnabel’s resignation from the Board did not result from a disagreement with the Company or any of its officers or other directors on any matters relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
