On February 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vicor Corporation increased the size of the Board to 12 directors as of the date of the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Board also nominated the following persons for election as directors at such meeting: Samuel J. Anderson, M. Michael Ansour, Jason L. Carlson, Philip D. Davies, Andrew T. D’Amico, Estia J. Eichten, Zmira Lavie, Michael S. McNamara, James F. Schmidt, John Shen, Claudio Tuozzolo, and Patrizio Vinciarelli.
