1. This price is an average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions and the range of sales prices for 08/05/2024 was $49.01 - $49.08. The reporting person undertakes to provide, upon request of the SEC staff, the Issuer or any security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

2. This amount includes 11,440 restricted stock units that are not yet vested that have been granted under equity compensation plans of Silgan Holdings Inc. Upon vesting, these restricted stock units will be settled in shares of Common Stock on a 1-for-1 basis.
