Item 8.01. Other Events.

On February 25, 2025, V.F. Corporation issued a notice of redemption for all of its outstanding 2.400% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”). The redemption is expected to occur on March 27, 2025 (the “Redemption Date”). The Notes are redeemable at a redemption price that is equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed, plus any interest accrued and unpaid to, but excluding, the Redemption Date. The foregoing does not constitute a notice of redemption for the Notes.
