On October 23, 2025, Upexi, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Jon Najarian has been added to the Upexi Advisory Committee. John is a highly influential figure in the world of finance, renowned for his deep expertise in options trading and market strategy. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
