Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 17, 2022, Alyssa Henry provided Unity Software Inc. (“Unity”) with notice of her intent to resign from the Board of Directors, effective November 30, 2022. Ms. Henry’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with Unity, its management, or other members of the Board of Directors.
