On November 18, 2021, United Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration by its Board of Directors on November 17, 2021 of the Company’s dividend for the fourth quarter of 2021 which will be payable on December 20, 2021 to shareholders of record on December 10, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith.
