(NASDAQ:TRVI), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing the investigational therapy Haduvio™ (oral nalbuphine ER) for the treatment of chronic cough in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), non-IPF interstitial lung disease (non-IPF ILD), and refractory chronic cough (RCC), today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $150,000,000 of shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by Trevi. In addition, Trevi expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $22,500,000 of the shares of its common stock sold in the public offering at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
