On October 2, 2023, Trevena, Inc. (the “Company”) updated its website to include an updated corporate presentation deck. A copy of the updated corporate deck is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On October 2, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing completion of the initial analysis of the OLINVYK continuous respiratory monitoring data from the VOLITION study and presentation of the data at the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
