Explanation of Responses:

1. Consists of a grant of restricted stock units to non-employee directors, each of which represents a contingent right to receive one share of MAMA common stock.

2. The restricted stock units vest in full on the earlier of the first anniversary of the grant date or the date of the Company's 2024 annual meeting of stockholders. Amount shown in column 5 includes 125,000 shares that were inadvertently omitted from the reporting person's last ownership report.

3. Shares held by Thomas and Andrea Toto, for which Thomas Toto is the beneficial owner.
