(the “Fund”) (NYSE: KF) announced today they have declared a net investment income dividend of $0.5255 per share, payable on January 11, 2021, to stockholders of record on December 28, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of December 24, 2020.

The actual composition and character of the distributions stated above may be materially different from the composition or characterization of such distributions that existed at the time of this press release and may be comprised of net investment income, capital gains and/or return of capital.
