(NYSE: CHN) (the "Fund") announced today that the Fund liquidated as planned on October 29, 2025, and the proportionate interests of stockholders in the assets of the Fund were determined as of that date. Prior to the opening of business on October 30, 2025, shares of the Fund will cease trading on the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE"). The Fund's primary liquidating distribution is anticipated to be paid in cash on October 31, 2025. Below is the expected liquidating distribution to be paid by the Fund.

The Fund may distribute one or more smaller distributions in the future in the event it is not practicable or possible to distribute all of the Fund's assets in the primary liquidating distribution. The Fund's liquidation generally will be a taxable event for stockholders that are subject to U.S. federal income tax. Any stockholder that receives a distribution in a liquidation generally will realize capital gain or loss in an amount equal to the difference between the total amount of the liquidating distribution(s) received and the stockholder's adjusted basis in the Fund's shares.
